Service

All prices include VAT. With the publication of this pricelist, all previous pricelists become invalid (prices subject to change).

Consignment and delivery

Deliveries are made using UPS. In exceptional cases, by post or with other parcel services.
The flat rate for shipping is 4.00 euros for delivery within Germany, within the European countries 7.00 euros, within outside of Europe (Overseas) 12.00 euros.
Deliveries are made on an invoice basis and at the recipient's own risk.
Goods will be shipped within 24 hours, provided they are in stock.

Payment conditions

- Immediately net upon receipt of goods.
- Advance payment on foreign deliveries

Returns or complaints

If any of our products should fail to meet your expectations, you may return them to us within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging.
In the case of complaints, the statutory warranty obligations shall apply.
No returns without prior approval.
All returns must be postage-paid. We do not accept returns freight collect.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

Place of performance and court of jurisdication

The place of performance is the seller's headquarters.
Any disputes will be settled before a competent court of law in Chemnitz.

Data storage

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) we point out that any data required for carrying out the business will be processed and saved by means of an electronic data processing system pursuant to Section 33 of the BDSG. Of course, any personal data will be treated confidentially. Any data saved by us will not be disclosed to third parties.

Venue

Any disputes arising hereunder will be decided by the Local Court of Chemnitz to the extent the customer has the status of a businessman, a legal person or a public special fund. This provision shall not apply to private consumers. Any disputes with consumers are subject to the general stipulations on the competent jurisdiction as provided for by the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO). The laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany shall exclusively be applicable to this contractual relationship.
